What is the shipping time for the HiDock H1 Power Kit?
Please kindly note that you will receive the HiDock H1 and power bank seperately. The HiDock H1 will be shipped in 2 business days after placing an order. The power bank and travel case will be shipped in one package in 2 weeks after placing an order.
Does the HiDock H1 include a specific plug adaptor for my country?
We provide power supply adaptors tailored to your country's specifications to ensure compatibility with the HiDock H1. This includes American, European, British, Italian, and Japanese standard plugs.
