Case 1: Purchasing at the lowest-price period on Kickstarter
Please ensure the email you used to pay the coupon matches the email used for your Kickstarter order. If they are different, contact us at contact@hidock.com. If they are the same, after receiving your shipping process through PledgeBox, we will send your free gift along with the HiDock P1, automatically.
Before shipping, you will receive a confirmation email.
Case 2: If you miss the lowest-price period on Kickstarter
If you miss the lowest-price period, please make a pledge without a reward, and donate the lowest price of the pledge you want. Please provide the email used for the coupon purchase and your Kickstarter account email after the campaign ends.
Refund Policy

If you no longer wish to purchase the product, you can request a refund for your deposit. Simply email contact@hidock.com from the email address you used to reserve the discount, and we will process your refund within 14 working days.
Why should I need to use the same email address to place the deposit and place an order on Kickstarter?
To ensure a smooth refund process, we will match the Kickstarter email address to our pre-order list to verify if the Kickstarter backer has placed a deposit. Please make sure that the email address that you use to place the deposit order matches your Kickstarter account’s email address.
How many deposit orders can l make?
The pledges to attend the deposit program will be: HiDock P1*1, HiDock P1*2, HiDock P1*3. This deposit can only be applied once per order. If you want to purchase two HiDock P1, you must buy two coupons.
What is the shipping time of the HiDock P1?
We will start mass production in mid May, and the products will be start shipping from mid June. Please note that you will receive the tracking number after your package is shipped out from the local warehouses. The exact delivery time will vary depending on your delivery address and country.
