The HiDockH1 has been a godsend for me and its only been a week since owning it! I struggled with meetings, taking notes, taking everything in, providing solutions, marking action items and everything else involved in being in a managers meeting. The HiDock H1 has allowed me to be fully in tuned with the conversations happening right in front of me, provide support and recap on every single word said, summarise the meeting and highlight key points like action items. Still learning all the functionalities but with the guides and videos available they have definitely helped alot. Worth every cent.

I LOVE my H1! I’m so impressed with the sound quality and AI summary. I use my H1 for my Zoom meetings, making voice notes, and to summarize training videos for internal documents. The speaker quality is amazing and the bidirectional mic is great so I can focus on the speaker in those noisy Multispeaker meetings. Great work. I’m telling my co-workers about this thing.

I received my dock last week. The device itself is made of quality materials, very weighty. The buttons are solid, and the speaker works well for daily needs. The dock has worked as expected and haven't had any connectivity issues.

I've performed a few recordings and the transcription service has worked really well. It has worked as expected and is pretty seamless.

A few improvements I'd like to see is improved instructions that are provided with the dock. I did my research ahead of time, so I understood most of the functions, but some additional guidance on how to setup the Hinotes account, and also more details on the different user plans would help. Also, the AI summaries have been OK, but I'd like to see more accuracy over time if possible. The ones I have received so far have been somewhat off the mark.

I am really glad I made this purchase. The device and the services that come with the dock is top notch.

Build quality is exceptional. Dock overall feels hefty, solid. Connection is easy and dual hdmi output works great. Only issue I had was with speaker connection, but solved it in the Windows audio settings - had nothing to do with the docking. Earpiece is a very nice bonus. Works flawlessly when picking up!

I am most impressed by the AI BNC. The slider gives me the opportunity to play around with the noise cancellation when receiving crowded meeting voices. Knob feels solid and all controls have a very quick response.
Speaker sound is exceeding my expectations for a small docking speaker. Sound way better than a Jabra, but of course it cannot compete with a more high-end audio set-up. Though the EQ and DSP pre-programmed seem to balance the sound very well. Mic is loud and clear. All in all, when playing around with the BNC setting, you will find a perfect balance for every single occasion.

All different ports are a plus on this device. It comes in very handy. Bluetooth connection is stable and responsive for incoming/outgoing calls!

Support from their CS is very quick and direct.

All in all, great product, great support. Very good value for money.

A very useful docking station with a wide array of ports including the ethernet and SD/micro SD readers that I can upload and download my pictures/files/videos in seconds! As a photographer, it really helps in my work. The Slate Gray color perfectly matches my desktop style. Thumbs up! 👍
